يتشرف معهد ابن سينا لهندسة المعرفة وتقنيات اللغة العربية بدعوتكم للمشاركة في
حفل إطلاق برنامج التدريب الاحترافي لبناء حكومة إلكترونية فلسطينية
تحية طيبة وبعد،
ضمن إطار مشروع إنشاء أكاديمية الحكومة الالكترونية الممول من تمبوس، وبالتعاون مع وزارة الاتصالات وديوان الموظفين العام، يتشرف معهد ابن سينا في جامعة بيرزيت بدعوتكم لحضور حفل إطلاق الدورات التدريبية الاحترافية اللازمة لبناء خدمات إلكترونية، وحكومة إلكترونية فلسطينية بشكل خاص. يتكون البرنامج التدريبي من ستة دورات (ما يعادل 300 ساعة تدريبية متخصصة ومتقدمة) تم تطويرها العام الماضي من قبل خبراء فلسطينيون أكفاء وبالتعاون مع علماء أوروبيين ذو سمعة عالمية مرموقة لتلائم الواقع والحاجات الفلسطينية، حيث تهدف هذه الدورات الى إغناء القطاع العام والخاص في فلسطين بالمهارات والمعرفة اللازمة لبناء أنظمة الحكومة الإلكترونية بأيدي فلسطينية ماهرة.
سيتخلل حفل الإطلاق التعريف بالمشروع، تعريف بما هي الحكومة الإلكترونية، المهارات اللازمة لبنائها، وتعريف بالدورات المزمع عقدها والأهداف التعليمية الخاصة بكل دورة.
