This panel aims to discuss the internal and external obstacles facing the implementation of e-services,and approaches to overcome them. Every minister will be given an opportunity to present the e-Government strategy at his/her ministry, followed by a discussion regarding: (i) Policies and obstacles the ministries are facing in providing e-services to citizens; (ii) policies and obstacles faced in data exchange with other ministries; (iii) future plans and policies for enhancing the use of technology as a platform for electronic services.
